[ BRAND ]
Black, warm white, one hard red.
Yub is buy, backwards, because the launchpad runs backwards: buyers first, the coin second, the dev last. The wordmark says it twice: the red coin cell follows the letters, and in a mirror the letters read BUY.
The mark
Wordmark: Y U B on an 8 × 8 grid per letter, 2-cell strokes, then the coin. On load it arrives mirrored, reading BUY, and turns round once.
On red: ink letters, a paper coin.
The mark: the Y holding the coin in its arms. App icon and favicon.
On paper.
- Keep the cells square and the spacing one cell. Don't stretch, outline, round or animate the letters out of the grid. The one exception is the single mirror turn on load.
- The coin is always red, or paper on a red ground. Clear space: 4 cells on every side.

Contrast (WCAG): paper on ground 17.3 : 1; muted on ground 5.9 : 1; red on ground 4.7 : 1, still kept to large text and graphics. Ink on red is 4.7 : 1, so buttons and cards on red use ink, never white.

We say
- “The round missed its minimum. Every lamport goes back.”
- “12.4 SOL from 84 wallets. Fires in 06:12.”
- “No audit has been done.”
We don't
- Hype verbs, emoji, “to the moon”, promises about price.
- Adjectives where a number fits.
- Caveats instead of one status word: open, filling, ready, fired, refunded, cancelled.
Motion
One idea drives every move: the queue comes first, the coin second. Motion is transform and opacity (or a Bayer mask), runs only on screen, and is off under reduced motion, where every page is drawn in its final state.
The story
The home page is one pinned stage: people walk into the roped queue as you scroll, each holding a red deposit chip; the clock counts down in fine pixel numerals; one red flash dissolves through the dither, the chips fly to the ring and the coin assembles cell by cell; equal shares fly back above every head. Labels and a legend name each part.
Dissolves
Sections and pages arrive through a 4 × 4 Bayer mask in all 16 steps, on 2 px cells, never a soft fade.
Scramble
Not promises. Code paths.
Split-flap figures (sample)

Springs
Every control presses and settles on one spring curve; buttons lean toward the pointer; a small red cell with a 2 px dither trail follows the mouse.
The round
Each deposit steps in as a small person holding a chip sized by the deposit, with a ripple along the floor; yours are red, large deposits are lit. At fire: one flash, a ring running out, the coin assembling cell by cell; a refund turns the queue grey, last in first.
Pixel scale
One art cell is 2 CSS px everywhere (story, queue grid, coin, clock, dither scenes, cursor trail; 4 px on the 1200 px share card), drawn as whole device pixels on any screen. People are about 30 cells tall with a face and a 2–3 tone Bayer 8 × 8 shade lit from the coin's side; the clock numerals are the 5 × 7 digits at 4× through Scale2x. Sprites are built once and only moved. Shown here at 3×.
Dither and ASCII
All art is generated in code from a seed: ordered Bayer 4 × 4 / 8 × 8 and Floyd–Steinberg error diffusion of procedural scenes. No stock images, no engravings.
