What is public by design
Your wallet address, your deposits, refunds and claims are transactions on a public blockchain. Anyone can read them, with or without Yub. Mine and the round pages only display that public data, and anyone can look up any wallet.
What our server keeps
- An index of the program's public events (rounds, deposits, fires, refunds, claims) to show lists and stats.
- Chat messages, with the wallet that posted them and when. They are public on the round page.
- Pictures and details of rounds, stored publicly (on IPFS or a file store) so the coin's metadata can point to them. Public storage can't be fully deleted.
- A sign-in session for the chat: one session cookie, valid 24 hours, set only after you sign the sign-in message.
- IP addresses in request logs, used for rate limits and abuse prevention.
What stays in your browser
- The name of the last wallet you connected, to reconnect next time.
- Small flags so a round's fire animation plays only once.
- On devnet only, if you choose the test wallet: its key, kept in this browser's storage. Don't use it for anything of value.
What we don't do
No analytics, ad trackers or third-party cookies. Fonts are served from this site. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
Other services your browser talks to
Your browser sends reads and transactions to a Solana RPC provider, signs with your wallet extension, may load round pictures from public storage hosts, and opens a block explorer when you follow a link. Each has its own privacy terms.
